Gambling in Havering: Your Views and Experiences
Overview
Havering Public Health wants to better understand how gambling affects people in Havering and what support people may need.
We are carrying out a Gambling Harms Needs Assessment to understand residents’ experiences of gambling, the impact it can have on individuals, families and others around them, and people's experiences of the support currently available.
We would particularly like to hear from you if:
- you gamble or have gambled in the past
- you feel gambling has affected your life in any way
- you have been affected by the gambling of a family member, friend or someone else close to you
Whatever your experience, we would like to hear from you.
Your privacy and wellbeing
Taking part is voluntary, and your responses will be treated confidentially. You can skip any question you do not wish to answer and can leave the survey at any point before submitting your response.
Please do not include your name, or any information that could identify you or another person, in your written responses.
Some questions ask about experiences that you may find sensitive or upsetting. You can choose not to answer them. Information about where to find gambling-related help and support will be provided at the end of the survey.
As a thank you for taking part, you’ll have the chance to win a £50 voucher!
At the end of the survey, you can choose to enter our prize draw. One lucky participant will be selected at random to receive a £50 voucher. Taking part in the prize draw is completely optional.
