Consultation on the proposals to implement a School-Based Nursery and to Expand the SEND Unit at R J Mitchell Primary School

Overview

We want to hear your views on proposed changes at R J Mitchell Primary School.

We’re planning to:

  • Implement an 18 place School-Based Nursery from January 2027
  • Expand the SEND Unit from 21 to 50 pupils from September 2027

Your feedback will help shape these proposals before any final decisions are made.

The consultation runs from Monday 1 June 2026 to Monday 29 June 2026.
