The Havering Pharmaceutical Needs Assessment (PNA) 2025–2028 is now open for public consultation — and we want to hear from you!

The PNA looks at:

• 📍 Where community pharmacies are located
• 💊 What services they currently offer
• 🔮 What pharmacy services will be needed in the future across Havering

This assessment helps shape decisions about:

• Opening new pharmacies
• Changing or merging existing ones
• Expanding the range of services available to you

The consultation runs for 60 days and is a vital part of ensuring pharmacy services meet the needs of our community — now and in the years to come.

Why your views matter

The PNA has been developed using a range of data sources, including valuable feedback from our recent ‘Community Engagement Questionnaire – Using Your Pharmacy – Havering’. This means your views have already helped shape the draft — and now you have another opportunity to influence the final version.

The consultation is live until 17th August 2025.

We will carefully consider all feedback received through the survey when completing the final assessment.

The Havering Health & Wellbeing Board will publish the final PNA on Havering Council's website by 1st October 2025, and your feedback will help make sure it reflects what residents really need.
