Here at Havering Registration Services we are committed to providing excellent customer service in line with Havering's Customer Services Strategy. We would like to invite you to provide feedback on the service you recently received from us.
This could be one of our registration services, a wedding, other types of ceremonies, or perhaps you booked one of our function rooms or attended as a guest - whatever your reason for contacting us, we want to know if we got it right and where we can improve.

Why your views matter
We are continually trying to improve the services we provide, so even if you have completed our survey before, please continue as we want to know how well we do every time someone visits us.
We won't be able to respond to individual enquiries or complaints via this questionnaire, so for a dedicated and timely response, please use these alternative ways to reach us:

Please continue if you wish to give us feedback on a service we have recently provided. You can choose to give us feedback just on a particular service, or you can choose to complete the whole survey which shouldn't take longer than 10 minutes.
