Overview

Havering Council is consulting on the removal of three trees:

Red oak.  Subsidence related damage to property.

Whitebeam. Direct root damage to the property resulting in cracking of the wall.

196 Warren Drive, RM12 4PP

Lime tree. Direct Root damage to the driveways Nos 196, 198, 200. Historical attempted repair in 2008 with further progressing damage.

We will only remove trees that are dead, dying, diseased or dangerous.  Whilst not an immediate danger, these trees have proven to be a cause of ongoing damage to property, and as such are likely to pose an increasing risk over the coming years.

We aim to replace all trees that we need to remove once funding allows, assuming replacement is appropriate to the location.
