Havering Council is consulting on the removal of one tree:

We will only remove trees that are dead, dying, diseased or dangerous. Whilst not an immediate danger, this tree has proven to be a cause of ongoing damage to the highway, and as such is likely to pose an increasing risk over the coming years.
We would like to have your comments on these proposals. You can do this by completing our consultation or by submitting a representation in writing to:
