Havering Council Notice of Street Tree Removal, Bruce Ave, Hornchurch

Overview

Havering Council is consulting on the removal of one tree: 

We will only remove trees that are dead, dying, diseased or dangerous.  Whilst not presenting an immediate danger, this tree has sustained a major impact from a vehicle collision, resulting in the loss of the majority of its canopy. The impact has left a large open wound, significantly reduced the tree's crown, and is expected to substantially shorten its remaining life expectancy.

We would like to have your comments on these proposals. You can do this by completing our consultation or by submitting a representation in writing to:

Please make sure you quote the unique reference number for the relevant tree and your representation arrives no later than 25 August 2026
