CURRENT SERVICES

Havering offers a range of prevention services aimed at supporting various groups with specific needs. All these services share common goals, focusing on enhancing the health and wellbeing of our residents.

These services include, but are not limited to, providing information and advice, assistance with accessing benefits, peer support, social inclusion activities, hospital avoidance and mental health support. However, there are currently some overlaps in the services provided, which can cause disruptions in the support offered. Residents often find themselves navigating through multiple organisations for similar needs, leading to confusion, inefficient use of resources and at times inconsistent information.

Does the person you are answering on behalf of currently access or receive support from any of these prevention services?

Please tick all that apply.

If yes, what support have they received that has helped them avoid needing more intensive services (e.g. contact with your GP, Hospital, Social Care, Police)?
