Temporary Accommodation Satisfaction Survey

Overview

The Council provide families and individuals temporary accommodation following acceptance of their homeless application and assessment.  It is the Homeless Placement and Move-On Teams responsibility to let empty properties to the suitable applicants.  We work alongside other teams in Havering to provide people with all types of temporary accommodation.  This means we work with a diverse group of people with varying housing and support needs.

We understand that moving home is a stressful and challenging time; therefore we are looking at ways to ensure we improve our service and provide appropriate support to all our residents. 

We are asking you to complete a short survey of 9 questions to give your feedback about your experience when you signed up for your new home and your thoughts on how we can improve our service.
