Overview

Vision for the Housing Resident Engagement Strategy

That all residents and stakeholders feel respected by the Council Housing Service.”

Summary and purpose

Havering Housing Services will be adopting a culture, with every member of staff throughout the directorate, to make our services excellent. This is based on a set of values for Havering Council that promote behaviours of mutual respect between all staff and residents: Integrity, Creativity, Ambition, Respect, Everyone, (ICARE).

Why your views matter

We want to be ambitious and promote creativity and innovation in how we communicate and engage with our residents.

As tenants and leaseholders living in council managed homes, you use our housing services. Your input and feedback is very valuable to us and how we involve you in our service delivery helps to improve this. So, we want your opinions and we hope that you will want to get involved with us as your ‘landlord’, in whatever way suits you, helping us become excellent
