Travel Survey for employees and employers working in Romford

Do you own or manage a business or work in Romford?  If so, this survey is for you!

We’re inviting businesses and employees who work in Romford to share their experiences and views on travel and commuting. 

Romford Business Improvement District (BID) works alongside the council and aims to unite local businesses and help Romford thrive.  Our joint goal is to make Romford town centre a leading visitor destination, not just in London but across the UK. 

You don’t have to be a member of the BID to add your voice – the survey is open to you - whether you're an employer managing staff and logistics or an employee navigating daily journeys, your insights are vital.

Our survey aims to:

• Understand how people travel to and from Romford
• Identify barriers to sustainable and efficient travel
• Explore the impact of infrastructure works, ULEZ, and transport services
• Support future improvements to local transport links
