Consultation on 2026/2027 admission arrangements for Community Infant, Junior and Primary schools

The Local Authority are consulting on a proposed reduction to the Published Admission Number (PAN) at the following two schools:

• Crownfield Junior School

As a result of the previously agreed reduction in Published Admissions Number (PAN) for Crownfield Infant School from 120 to 90, the Local Authority are required to consult on the subsequent reduction in PAN for Crownfield Junior school from 120 to 90 which will take effect from September 2026.

• The RJ Mitchell Primary School

On 22 May 2024 the Office of School Adjudicators approved an In-Year variation to reduce the Published Admissions Number (PAN) of The RJ Mitchell Primary School from 60 to 30 for the 2025/26 academic year. This consultation is to make this reduction permanent from September 2026.

Dates:

The consultation runs between Friday 15 November 2024 and will finish on Friday 3 January 2025.
