Havering Low Energy Visitor Centre Resident Feedback Survey

Closes 31 May 2026

Opened 11 Feb 2025

Overview

We are excited to share the transformation of the historic Raphael Park Lodge into a low energy visitor centre, showcasing the practical changes that can be made to traditional homes to reduce energy consumption.

Havering Council has received UKSPF funding from the UK government and the Mayor of London to implement a variety of innovative solutions to retrofit this classic structure. Our goal is to inspire and educate, providing a blueprint for residents to make similar modifications to their own homes, leading to cost savings and a smaller carbon footprint.

This survey should take you no longer than five minutes to complete.

Why your views matter

Your feedback on the visitor centre exhibition and the retrofit measures is invaluable to us. It will guide us in refining the information and support we offer to residents regarding sustainable living practices.

Thank you for participating in this important initiative.
