Lower Thames Crossing Petition

Overview

The Lower Thames Crossing is a proposed new crossing of the Thames estuary linking Kent, Thurrock, Essex and Havering. Highways England have offered a local toll discount to residents in Thurrock and Gravesham but have excluded Havering. We don’t think this is fair as Havering residents will be affected by the crossing just as much as those in Thurrock and Gravesham.
