Freedom of Information (FOI) Research Recruitment

Overview

Havering Council are working with Snook, a user centred design company, to improve their services across the council. We’re looking to speak with members of the public who have recently lodged an FOI so we can gather thoughts and feedback on the current service. Please complete this survey to register your interest in being involved in this research. 

We expect a mixture of responses - from callouts on social media, on the bottom of letters and emails, which will be completed where possible by the individual directly.  If you are not able to complete the survey by yourself, please contact Snook team members through their research line number provided and they will complete the survey over the phone.
