Overview

Maintaining a good service and strong connections with our residents, tenants and leaseholders is important to Havering Council. We are currently undergoing a review of the way we engage with Council tenants, leaseholders, and those living under our care.

Please take a few minutes to fill out this simple survey so we can get a clearer understanding of how you are engaging with us, and how we could improve our housing services in the future.

This survey includes questions on groups and resident participation panels, community reps panels, sheltered housing reps and leasehold forums, as well as Council-run communication methods.

You will not be asked to provide personal information, and the survey and feedback in anonymous.
